Terms and Conditions of using the application:

Logging in to this application or using it in any way that or will enable you to get the service or information of the application, you hereby are agreeing that you've read and understood the terms and conditions, you're also agreeing to follow them and we are not responsible if you have done otherwise.

• The app is used for the purpose of advertising and marketing only.
• The services and products that you are advertising for must be legal, as in not illegal to be sold or goes against the law.
• We are not responsible for the harmful use of this app that may cause any damage or harm to use (also the harmful use of data, or using it for personal benefit).
• In the case of using the app or making an account for a company or an organization or an institution, you are hereby agreeing and guaranteeing that you are an official representative of that authority and that you'll have the authority to mandate this authority with the terms, you are also agreeing to these terms and conditions.

You shall not do or attempt the following:

Creating false identities or twist your relationship with the app or impersonate another person's identity.

You are hereby agreeing to not send the following through the app:

• Any content or information that includes any cursing or insulting anyone.
• Any content that would to the breach of any term, rules, regulations or conditions of any government authorities related to any lawful authorities.
• Any information or private or secret content that belongs to a person or another party without having that person's consent.
• You're agreeing that the app and his owner will not be responsible for the use of any used or sent content that has been uploaded or put by you or any other third party or any losses or damages that may be inflicted upon the user's content.
• It is forbidden to send more than 50 messages in one hour.
• It is not allowed to send campaigns to unknown individuals to you or annoying them. You have full responsibility for doing this.

Important Notice:

• Violating any of the property rights or intellectual property terms is strictly forbidden.
• We are not responsible for any ongoing subscriptions in the case of the app getting shut down at any time. In the case of the app being shut down the subscription will be ended immediately.
• Please follow all the terms to avoid having your copy shut down.
